The location was excellent, just 5 minutes walk from Main Market Square. The room was generous-sized and compact, with with tea. Everything was really good, nevertheless a few employees were not so helpful.  

Wonderful accommodation with top-class staff members with the receptionist and duty manager.

The place was good small and restaurant was popular. Spotless units with the TV, comfortable beds plus an excellent bathroom, and the staff were affable. The location was incredible, at a medium distance from Main Square. A main market and 

The location for Krakow was unbeatable and incredible, close to the cafe / restaurant two doors up the street and markets and lovely architecture.

Lots of above average and good breakfast items to choose from. Incredible and wonderful location adjacent to center of old town Krakow, the Castle and the main sites and the airport, and excellent service. 

Gorgeous venue with amazing location just off the main square where all shops restaurants situated as well as the airport and above average breakfast.

This hotel was perfect place for exploring Krakow, loved it and property’s top-class and helpful staff with the receptionist and duty manager. The restaurant was clean for breakfast here, I had hot dishes.  

Really enjoyed this quaint accommodation with excellent staff with the receptionist and duty manager. Had marvellous and fab location in December for the Christmas Markets.

Everything was really good during our stay. Our breakfast was above average and great with 2 food, smoked sausage plus cooked meats cheese. The accommodation had a central location to use the trams. Stopped

Certainly a wonderful experience for a short break in Krakow. Pleasant and fairly clean property with excellent service and great value. A very beautiful building in the heart of Krakow. Positioned in the shopping area, so close to main square bars 

Gorgeous, clean place with helpful staff with the receptionist and duty manager. Good sized room plus central heating, coffee/tea making machines and a work desk. Magnificent location, a 4-6 minute walking distance from The Cloth Hall.  

So very friendly, amicable staff towards all guests. Gorgeous breakfast with tea, cereal, cakes, pancakes, and fruit.

It's a gorgeous good budget hotel nestled in a historic style building. It has both helpful and attentive staff. The breakfast is above average and lovely for all tastes, had decent food. This is a venue go-to for Krakow!  

It is a quaint hotel and I truly enjoyed its updated rooms and excellent personnel.
